DESCRIPTION
RESBUILD RMW in concrete reacts with the cement during the hydration process to form a hydrophobic coating on the voids in concrete which reduces the capillary suction & minimizes water percolation. RESBUILD RMW also avoids segregation and bleeding of fresh concrete. There is a considerable reduction in capillary pores within concrete, which reduces permeability & improves concrete durability. Increased durability & water tightness of concrete protects it against the ingress of dampness, chlorides & other aggressive chemical attacks. RESBUILD RMW is an integral, high performance waterproofing additive based on high performance polymers, which reduces the permeability throughout the depth of concrete. It conforms to IS 2645 - 2003.
